Mexican Rarities

Mexican Rarities is a label, an archive, and a DJ project focused on promoting and sharing sound and music through, live acts, releases, listening parties, concerts, and publications. Embroidering shamanic songs from indigenous communities, obscure synth music, and field recordings, their DJ sets form a vibrant territory that expands the frontiers of their natal country. The vast palette of styles and sound sources is a by-product of the eclecticism in Mexican culture.
