Heavenphetamine

Heavenphetamine is a musical project led by Hiroki and Sara, two artists captivated by sound, creating their art across Europe. Their music is a fusion of Hiroki’s intricate synthesizer loops, layered with Sara’s responsive drumming, all intertwined with melodic Japanese lyrics. Drawing inspiration from genres like KrautRock, Experimental, Post Punk, Progressive Rock, Trip Hop, and Acid House, Heavenphetamine crafts a unique and innovative sound that’s entirely their own. They also have a unique political stance. After performing in Kyiv in December 2021, they were deeply moved by the onset of full-scale war in Ukraine and decided to donate nearly all their savings and launch a charity tour. Touring under wartime conditions in Ukraine, they played their music while air raid sirens sounded and explosions echoed in the distance. Through their performances, they aim to communicate the grim realities of war and its impact on people.
