Monica Kremidi
Nightfall silk jacket and red of the sunset in a glass, Monica Kremidi unfolds her life drawing into delicate and powerful songs. Heavenly mist sceneries, street lights romances, children smoking cigars, Kremidi deep glances blend it all in a candidly at times ironic songwriting. Her style reveals influences that go from Michael Hurley, Bob Dylan, and Sibylle Baier to the vernacular music tradition of Italy.
She is currently working on a new album and her live shows will be also accompanied by Ariel Garcia on the banjo.
